Using SLAMM / Fixed SLR start date
June 21, 2012, 07:25:30 AM
I was wondering when you select the "fixed rise by 2100" option when is the start date for this rise?  Is it the DEM date, the NWI date, the year 2000, or something else?  Also, if SLAMM is using the IPCC curves to calculate this, does it shift that curve at all or just start in on the IPCC curve at the start date that you give it.
Thanks!

Hi,
I ran a scenario where I protected the developed land.  Instead of all of the developed cells staying constant, I and am seeing some beach migration into those cells.  It's not a huge change in the results (about 3% of my developed area is lost in 1m SLR by 2100) but strange none the less. I am attaching a figure showing the results.
Thanks
Anna

Thanks!  That helped substantially.

Hi,
I'm getting the striping problem with other land use categories such as tidal flats and estuarine beach.  This is occurring with the soil saturation function turned on and off.  Any ideas?
Thanks
