Hi - I am a SLAMM newbie and was wondering where I might be able to find Levee/Dike files for input.  I am thinking about doing a project along the MS/LA border near the Pearl River.  Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Andrew,

Sorry you have not received a response to your post until now.

Often we derive the dike layer from the NWI coverage map. Wetland codes with an "h" at the end are considered impounded/diked. Since that may not always be comprehensive, you can also contact the US Army Corps of Engineers to determine if they have active dike or levee projects in your study area.
