Title: Out of Memory error message in ArcMap while creating SLAMM input raster
Post by: pse1999 on February 26, 2017, 03:48:16 PM
I keep getting an out-of-memory error message in ArcMap when trying to create an attribute table through the wetland input raster in preparation to use it in the SLAMM model. Has anyone run into this issue before? Solutions? I am assuming it has to do with processing power.

I am not an ArcMap user but I'd guess that you need to use a 64 bit operating system and more RAM if you can upgrade your computer.  It is good that RAM is inexpensive as SLAMM and GIS software tends to use a lot of memory!  That is more important, generally, than CPU speed at this point.
